365 days ago today I...

...Introduced two grandparents to their two sweet grand daughters

...saw for the first time this urban jungle which will be our home for several more years

And

...hand delivered a son home to his family after a 13 year absence.


During these past 365 days I have learned....

...a whole lot of Spanish

...it takes a whole family to raise children, not just a mama

...that in spite of accents, cultural misunderstandings, and wacky wives tales involving cancer causing ice - people aren't that different after all.

Here is to our first full year here in Mexico City and to the rest that come! Thanks for tagging along for the ride <3
