Feliz Dia De La Amor!!!!

Hope your day was filled with x's and o's , bushels and pecks and hugs around the neck like mine was!!!

PS that last picture is a classic representation of daily "hugs" from Big Sissy, which Baby doesnt usually enjoy. Probably because Big Girl hugs like the Hulk. ;)

  1. You are right, Tricia, that last one where Citlali has Aleida in a headlock is pretty funny. Aleida will grow up to be a strong girl just to compete! So glad you had a good valentine's day... They both look very happy!

So, I need a blog on what daily life is like for each of you these days.....

BIG hugs to all of you. Miss you.

Daily life here is prerty much as it was NOTB , but with more people to hug and kiss the girls so I can eat a meal in peace or shower ! LOL I will work on a couple posts about that, with pics :)

Hope all is well with Tom and Anna on their long drive!

  3. Thanks for stopping by my blog! It is neat one someone "new" stumbles upon it!

Yes, Leslie and I are BFF's now! I met her via the web and here we are, like two peas in a pod. You know, some people you just click with. She is one of them for me.

I hope you have been having a good, smooth transition with your move to Mexico! I'm sure you are more than ready for your own place! Getting settled in is so important. At least it is in my book!

Your pictures and girls are great! Looks like one more blog to read! I don't think you can have too many. Right? :)

What caused you to want to live in Mexico? Just curious!

Hope you are having a great day!

  4. Valarie,
Thanks for the welcome ;) I have been somewhat sucked into reading all the GREAT expat/bicultural family blogs in the MXpat online community. Its comforting to know there are others out there like us, and also to read some of the differences in situation and especially family life.

We moved here for several reasons, I need to write a good post on it. Mainly for my girls to know sus abuelitos and cultura. But also for me to meet my inlaws, learn Spanish, and because I like traveling and have always dreamed of living abroad. And theres the whole Mexican citizen husband (really fiance) thing. So many reasons, and so far all is good!

  6. Those pics are so perfect for V-day! What love bugs! Also, I'm so jealous A will snooze on your back. My A must not think I'm very comfy (of course with my awkward back wrapping he's probably not very comfy) I sure miss hugs and kisses from those little ladies!

  8. Hey! This is Deanna. My Mom sent me your blog URL! I was thinking about doing something like that too because I loath facebook.

It looks like you guys are doing good. :) That makes me so happy. I can't wait to look at other blog posts! Just so very tired at the moment.

I love you! Send my love to Luis, Citlali and Aleida!
