I know this is what pintrest is for, but I cant help but LOVE so many of these ideas. And many could be adapted for other holidays (independence days in US or MX, Easter, whatever you want!)

Oh wow! Those are all gorgeous and look labor intense! I think I'd go with the 'throw some green food coloring in and say happy st patty's day' method. Or stick to the classic 'Uncle David's corned beef and cabbage' approach.
